WHAT WE DO PHYSICALLY: Thursday night starts with a meet and greet social, with healthy snacks and drinks provided. Friday is a hike up a mountain called “Ha Ling” or “Yamnuska” followed by a yoga type stretch. Saturday is a hike up “Lady MacDonald Mountain” followed by a yoga type stretch. Sunday is a boot camp style workout.
WHAT DO WE DO MENTALLY: Learn about what it takes to be lean, fit and pain free in the 21st century. I do an interactive seminar about the keys to physical and mental success.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST: $699.00 plus GST
WHAT IS INCLUDED: Fantastic luxury accommodations, healthy breakfast and lunches prepared for you, meet and greet snacks and drinks, guided exercise by the best trainers I know, fitness and nutrition seminar, one month subscription to my video exercise library, my booklet “How to be lean, fit and pain free in the 21st Century”.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: On the Friday and Saturday we will be going to two awesome restaurants for dinner as a group. Everyone is responsible for their own meal and drinks.
WHO IS THIS APPROPRIATE FOR: Everyone hikes and trains at their present level of fitness. There will always be a trainer nearby. You should be someone with no orthopedic limitations. People can hike at their own pace but should have the fitness level to walk up very steep climbs for a few hours in duration. Do not expect a spa treatment.
